The ring is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!! The shipping and customer service was not the best but the ring is definitely worth it.

The style is classic but Emily accepted customisations which was perfect. I spent some time messaging Emily to get the exact measurements of my ring perfect. It took about 3-4 weeks all up for the ring to get made and delivered. There was a small error with the ring (different stone measurements) and I worked with Emily to get the correct measurements and the ring remade. The service was really great and I had confidence the second ring would arrive in time by our holiday and I knew the quality would be great (as the first ring was beautiful).
