Customer service was great with reasonable turnaround on any emails I sent, felt like I was talking to a real person and not a robot. Took a little while to arrive as I'm in the UK and generally a poor planner, but was lucky enough that they put a rush on the ring. Managed to sneak it through customs when we went away and thankfully she said yes! She won't take it off now, told her it wasn't a diamond, as we already have a family so I couldn't afford anything like this size in a more traditional stone. She absolutely did not care and has spent the last 2 days smiling and laughing at even the worst of my jokes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to diamond. Great company.
I knew with my first engagement ring (lab diamond) that I was going to want a moissanite for my upgrade and wedding band. I’ve been eyeing this shop since they were in Etsy and my husband and I decided to finally upgrade. The craftsmanship and stone are beautiful, they came packaged quite neatly and with care and the box the ring came in it’s sturdy and gorgeous too. I had issues with the GRA report upon getting my ring checked by another jeweler, despite that, the ring is worth it and i would be purchasing from here again.

The ring is very beautiful and well made but for a 3.5 carat cushion it looks a bit small. My real engagement ring is a bit over 3 (elongated cushion) and is bigger than this- maybe the table is larger. This was purchased as a travel ring.
