If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with the return process. Kindly note that custom orders (minor customizations based on our existing products excluded) cannot be returned.
If the product does not meet the specifications displayed on our website or has a quality issue, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping fee. For items returned that meet the specifications listed on the website and do not have any quality issues, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. As each piece is individually crafted by our skilled artisans and cannot be resold, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Refunds will be processed via Stripe or PayPal after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, style, or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the most suitable replacement. Please note that exchanges for items with no quality issues may involve necessary fees for materials such as gold, gemstones. We ensure a fair and transparent pricing structure, offering costs based strictly on actual expenses, with no additional profit or hidden fees.
Shipping:
When returning or exchanging an item that is not related to a quality issue, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items, as we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages.
