If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the return process. Please note that custom orders and engraved items cannot be returned.
Upon receiving your returned items, we will process a refund for the product cost via Stripe or Paypal. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, style, or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in finding the perfect piece of jewelry.
Shipping:
When returning or exchanging an item that is not related to a quality issue, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items, as we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages.
