When will your item be shipped?
We aim to ship your item within 14 days of your order placement. Once your item is shipped, we will upload the tracking number to your account, allowing you to easily track the progress of your package. However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on local delivery speed and customs clearance, factors that are beyond our control.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
The ETA for delivery varies depending on your location. For customers in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, and Hong Kong, you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 working days. For customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the ETA is 7-15 working days. For customers in other countries/regions, the delivery time may take up to 10-15 working days.
Customs Clearance and Import Tax
Due to customs policies in different countries, we cannot guarantee whether or not there will be import tax or VAT applied to your order. Our product prices do not include any VAT or import tax specific to your shipping destination. However, we will make every effort to declare a reasonable value for your products to minimize any potential tax liability.
Based on our previous experience, customers in the United States, Singapore, South Korea, and most EU countries (excluding remote areas) have not been charged import tax. These countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Declaration as a Gift
Unfortunately, we are unable to declare your parcel as a gift for customs clearance purposes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Additional Notice about Shipping
It is important for you to assist in the successful delivery of your order. In certain situations, your parcel may be returned to the shipping company's country of origin warehouse. We will promptly notify you if we receive any notifications from the shipping company regarding customs clearance issues. It is crucial that you provide any necessary information required by customs, such as tax payment, within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to the country of origin. If you wish to re-ship the parcel, additional fees may apply. Alternatively, if you choose not to receive the parcel, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In the event that the delivery address or phone number provided is incorrect, we will contact you immediately. However, failure to respond promptly may lead to a failed delivery. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional costs associated with re-delivery.
If you wish to return a product that is not related to a quality issue, you must request the return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe.
If the courier's website shows the status of your parcel as "Delivered" for more than one month, we will be unable to provide a refund unless you inform us via email within one month of the delivery status update on the courier's website.
To avoid the return of your shipment, please ensure that you provide your full name in the information form. If the name provided is incomplete, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.
